Conductor Sizes

 

Below is a chart that will assist in sizing conductors and conduits for both electrical distribution and equipment. The data in the chart is based on the 2011 National Electrical Code, Table 310.15(B)(16) (formerly 310.16), Copper Conductors, Type "THHN" at 75º. This is the most commonly used material and method for wiring of all types of applications in both residential and commercial buildings.
